A MURDER investigation has begun after a 20-year-old man was killed in Walthamstow.
Donald Vincent, of Crosby House, Prospect Hill, died at the Royal London Hospital shortly after midnight last night.
Police were called to Prospect Hill at around 10.30pm, but exactly where the attack took place is not yet known.
Mr Vincent had travelled from Wood Green to Walthamstow by bus about an hour before the stabbing.
The Metropolitan Police's homicide and serious crime investigation unit have cordoned off the road and are still on the scene.
No arrests have been made, nor any description of suspects released. Police are keeping an open mind as to the motive of the killing, but do not currently believe it to be gang-related.
