THE death of a woman whose body was found in a hospital toilet cubicle is now being treated as non-suspicious.
Police were called to the outpatients department at Whipps Cross University Hosptal at 9am this morning after a cleaner found the body.
A murder investigation was launched and Chingford CID and forensics teams began work at the site.
But police have just announced they are now treating the death as non-suspicious.
The body has now been transferred to Walthamstow mortuary.
The woman has yet to be formally identified and a postmortem has not taken place.
The Guardian understands that the body was not in the cubicle yesterday evening when the toilets were locked, or at 7.30am today when they were re-opened.
