A CCTV image of a suspected shoplifter has been released by police in Waltham Forest.
Police are looking for the man after he allegedly escaped from a security room at Asda in Leyton Mills on June 1 at 4:30pm.
He was accused by security staff of attempting to steal £394 worth of baby milk and was stopped with the trolley load by the supermarket exit.
An alleged accomplice had already stolen a similar amount of milk, according to police.
The CCTV image has been released to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
