Chelsea have been linked with a £20m move for West Ham United defender Aaron Cresswell.
The Premier League leaders are reportedly looking to replace Filipe Luis because he is heading for a move to Atletico Madrid.
Cresswell has impressed for the Hammers since joining from Ipswich Town last summer and Chelsea are hoping to bring him to Stamford Bridge.
