Leyton Orient has confirmed striker Jay Simpson will join MLS side Philadelphia Union subject to receipt of his International Transfer Certificate and P-1 Visa.
The details of the deal is undisclosed and the 28-year-old with link up with his new side ahead of their 2017 MLS Campaign.
Simpson joined the O's on a three-year deal in the summer of 2014 having spent a spell in Thailand.
The former Arsenal academy player quickly became a fan favourite.
He scored 25 goals during the 2015/16 season but has so far only managed to score three during this campaign.
