THE race is on to appoint a successor to Avram Grant at West Ham after the Israeli was sacked in the immediate aftermath of the club's relegation to the Championship.
Steve McClaren is the odds-on favourite to take the job, but other frontrunners include Sam Allardyce, Neil Warnock, Chris Hughton and Gus Poyet, while team assistant coach Kevin Keen - who has been put in charge of the club's final game of the season against Sunderland - is also in the frame.
Let us know who you would appoint by casting your vote; Is McClaren ready for a return to English shores after spells in Holland and Germany? Should Keen be promoted to the role on a permanent basis? Or is Gus Poyet the best candidate after the sterling work he's done with Brighton? Let us know your thoughts on the best man for the job by leaving a comment below.
