Dagenham & Redbridge have mutually agreed to cancel the contract of young midfielder Conor Okus.
The 20-year-old joined the Daggers in 2010 but failed to make a first team appearance during his spell at Victoria Park.
He has spent time on loan at Blue Square South side’s Havent & Waterlooville and Thurrock whilst at Dagenham.
Speaking to the club’s official website, Daggers boss John Still said: "Connor Okus is a young player who had been here for a couple of years, he's done okay but hasn't progressed as much as people like Billy Bingham and now we've also brought in Matt Saunders who is of a similar age.
"We spoke to Connor and told him that we wouldn't be renewing his contract at the end of the season and that if he wanted to get out there early to try and find something for himself then that is okay.
"That is what he wanted to do; so as of now he has left the club. I'd like to thank him for his time here, he's a good kid with a good attitude and hopefully he'll move on and find exactly what he wants. But we just thought that going forward he wouldn't be one who'd be having his contract renewed."
