I've just got back from a short break to Ireland for a few days, but I'm ready to get back into it now. I'm looking forward to the Brentford game on Friday, which is a big game for us.
It's been very frustrating for the manager, for the players and I'm sure for the fans because not one team has played us off the pitch this season. We're playing really well but we're just not picking up the points.
It was very disappointing to lose the game at the weekend (against Notts County) after coming back from two goals down. It seems as though we're getting punished for individual mistakes at the moment.
But the table doesn't lie. Only the players can get us out of this mess and we need to stick together.
Hopefully on Friday night we'll get lots of fans turn up and get the win so that we can enjoy a relaxing weekend.
No disrespect to Brentford, Walsall (on Tuesday) or Oldham (next Saturday) but we have to win against these teams. We have to pick up a lot of points from these games. We need to get our spirits up because obviously everyone is quite down at the moment.
