WEST Ham youngsters Freddie Sears and James Tomkins played their part as England booked a place at the European U19 Championship finals in Czech Republic next month.
The Young Lions drew 0-0 with Elite Qualifying mini-tournament hosts Belarus on Saturday to top the four team group, having already beaten Poland 2-0 and Serbia 1-0.
Young striker Sears scored both goals in the first win, while 19-year-old centre back Tomkins was key in helping the team keep three successive clean sheets.
The pair are expected to be part of the England squad that go into the eight-team finals - which will be held between July 14 and 26 - with hosts Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Italy and defending champions Spain.
Irons club mates Jordan Spence and Junior Stanislas will also be hoping to force their way into Brian Eastwick's squad for the tournament.
