STEVENS PATRICIA (Nee Heenan) 1th July 1951 to 16 October 2008 Pats family would like to thank everyone who attended her funeral and sent the beautiful floral tributes, cards of condolences and donations. To Chris and staff at The Royal Oak. Special thanks to the Margaret Centre for the wonderful care that was given to our darling Pat. To know her was to love her, forever in our hearts.
