Colchester Magistrates’ Court heard how Louis Hackett entered Flags Café in Clacton last year where he ripped down Christmas decorations.
Jason Aldis, from Clacton was found dead in December 20. An inquest was held in Chelmsford on Monday to determine his cause of death.
