FORBES, Tom Passed away on 19th February 2013 at Whipps Cross Hospital aged 77 years. Originally from Walthamstow and more recently in Chingford. An active member of Whipps Cross Hospital League of Friends. Funeral to take place at Manor Park Crematorium on Wednesday 1st May 2013 at 11.00 am. Flowers welcome or if desired a donation to a charity of your choice.
