JARVIS, Edward George (Ted) 1917 - 2014 Passed away in Forest View Nursing Home after months of failing health. Born in Loughton, nearly 90 years a York Hill resident. Educated Staples Road School, left at 14. Telegram boy, postman, Royal Artillery 1940-1946. Campaigned in North Africa and Italy. Loughton Post Office, then retired. Tower of London, then retired. Treasurer of Loughton British Legion for many years. A full life ! Rest now and God bless.
