PENNELL Philip Former Electrical Engineer, Lecturer and long serving Labour Party District Councillor. Widower of Marion, father of Ian and Sally, and grandfather of Rosie, died peacefully at Waltham Abbey on the 1st August 2019, aged 89. The funeral will be held on Tuesday 27th August at 130pm at the Abbey Church, Waltham Abbey. All are welcome. Family flowers only, a collection will be held for St Clare Hospice, Hastingwood, Essex CM17 9JX. Other donations direct to the hospice please.
