Jacqueline Joyce Ackerman (Nee Walker) Died peacefully on 22nd March, with her family beside her. Her funeral will take place at Hainault Crematorium on Friday 1st April at 3.45pm. To live in the hearts that we leave behind, is not to die. She may be gone but never forgotten
