LITTER pickers helped spruce up a nature reserve by collecting bags of rubbish.
The litter pick, organised by Ongar Town Council on October 20, tidied up the area around the Jubilee Nature Reserve and Chipping Ongar Primary School in Greenstead Road.
Town Clerk Aimi Middlehurst said: "We are most grateful to all the volunteers who took the trouble to lend their support on the day."
