Gritters to be tracked online
PEOPLE will be able to track where the county’s gritting lorries are going this winter.
Trucks will be fitted with a GPS tracker and a live map showing their progress can be seen by going to essex.gov.uk/winter.
Roads were gritted for the first time at the end of last week in response to falling temperatures.
