FORTY thrillseekers reached new heights in a bid to raise funds for an outdoor learning centre.
The brave volunteers completed a 350m zip wire challenge at the Lambourne End Centre in Manor Road on Sunday November 4.
The event raised more than £2,300 in sponsorship for the charity, which aims to build confidence and self-esteem in disadvantaged young people.
Claire Gilmore, the centre's fundraising and marketing coordinator, said: "We're absolutely thrilled. A massive thank you to everyone who took part, sponsors and our supporters for helping us achieve such a great result.
"These events are really beneficial to us as they raise core income for the centre that we can invest into the places which need it the most."
