E-BOOKS can now be borrowed from Waltham Forest libraries.
A varied range of fiction and non-fiction can be downloaded at any time of day from libraries in the borough.
The electronic books can be downloaded using any computer connected to the internet in the library, from an electronic reading device or from home.
Readers can connect to the service via Waltham Forest Council's online resources page from computers or mobile phones and can even read the books online, as you would on a website.
