In the past few weeks that the film “taken 2” has been released in the cinemas (UK), I have been asking questions to my local community about their reviews and thoughts on the 12A rated film. We have been waiting for the second film for so long and now it’s finally here. I’ve had the chance to find out the viewer’s opinions. As we know “Taken” is an action/thriller film and the first one was very good hit. I asked Salma her thoughts and views on the films “The first taken was better and I would rate it 9 out of 10, I would also recommend it” This sounds like good feedback as it is hard to compete with an original as everyone’s expectations are high, I also asked Clarissa her views on the film “it wasn’t as good as the first film, however the story line was interesting. I would rate it 8.5 out of 10 and I would recommend it”. Everyone’s views and opinions seem to be the same. From my understanding “Taken 2” was an excellent film but was hard to compete against the original taken as that seemed like the better out of the two, also as Tenisha stated “I liked the shooting, kidnapping and the fact that the guy was smart”. From this we can see that this film had a lot of action involved and the kidnapping process still remains the best part of the film. Out of everyone I asked I got the general feeling that the average rate was 8 out of 10 for “Taken 2” and they would all recommend the film to other people in the local community. As it stands “Taken 2” was a successful film and was worth the money and wait, it was a successful hit within the teen range, and anyone that loves actions would love this film.
