A PUB which is hoping to reinvent itself as a live music venue is appealing for bands and promoters in the community.

The Plough and Harrow, in Leytonstone High Road, is currently having a new sound system installed and wants to hear from acts that may be interested in playing.

The venue, which has a capacity of up to 200, also hopes to host a variety of other nights in future, including poetry and film, but is keen to start off with local bands which play their own material.
