FRIENDS and family are growing increasingly concerned for a man who has gone missing.
Adam Connolly, 29, has not been seen since leaving his Hackney home on Wednesday.
A search is taking place in Epping Forest, from Loughton to Chingford, as he regularly cycles in the area.
Mr Connolly's friend and colleague Matthew Collins, 36, said: "It is very serious.
"We have teams of people searching all over for him but the police haven't started yet, they are preparing to but are still looking at CCTV."
Mr Connolly was last seen wearing a burgundy jumper, dark blue jeans and a dark zip-up Carhartt jacket.
It is thought he travelled by tube before riding into the forest on his green single speed Roberts bike, which has a wooden mudguard.
Anyone who believes they may have seen Mr Connolly can call Mr Collins on 07799 483 361.
