SANTA will pay a flying visit to Epping for the town's annual Christmas market.
Market stalls will line the High Street on Friday December 7 from 12pm to 8pm.
School choirs will be performing from 3.45pm and a santa's grotto will be set up in the fire station from 4pm.
Free parking will be provided by the North Essex Parking Partnership in the town's pay and display car parks during the event.
St John's Church will kick off its Christmas Tree Festival from 1pm until 9pm, with 60 trees decorated by local groups and businesses on show.
There will also be displays of children’s art and craft work, stalls and refreshments.
The tree festival will run from 10am to 4.30pm on Saturday December 8, from 11am to 4.30pm on Sunday and from 10am to 4pm on Monday.
Admission is £2.50 and free for children.
