Police are asking the public to help find a missing teenager

Saphron Dalsou, 14, was last seen at 10am on Wednesday November 14 in Goodmayes. 

It is believed she is using buses and trains to travel to other parts of London including the West End and Wood Green.

Saphron has pierced ears, bottom lip and tongue.

She was last seen wearing a white fleece, black leggings and black Van shoes.
