Ralph Scott
A VETERAN anti-racism campaigner has been made an Honorary Vice President of the Redbridge Equalities & Community Council (RECC).
Ralph Scott, a former Liberal Democrat councillor, is leaving Redbridge for Australia and was presented with a certificate of appreciation at RECC’s general meetin last Wednesday (November 14).
Before receiving his award Mr Scott delivered a talk to members recounting his years as a voluntary activist for the RECC.
