STANDARDS at a nursery school have improved over the past three years, according to inspectors.
Abridge Pre-school Group in Ongar Road went from having a 'satisfactory' rating from Ofsted after its last inspection in 2009 to being rated 'good' in its latest report, published today.
Lead inspector Lisa Perry said: “Children are making good progress in their learning and development.”
She added that to improve, the nursery staff must make sure they plan activities to challenge children and help them use the words they learn at home in nursery.
