THE majority of children in Redbridge are going to schools rated as ‘Good or better’ by Ofsted.
Ofsted’s annual report was released yesterday (November 27) and includes league tables for every local authority in the country.
The figures show that 72 per cent of primary school children and 94 per cent of secondary school children in the borough are at schools rated good or better.
Overall, 70 per cent of schools in England were rated good or better.
The London borough of Camden tops the tables for primary schools with 92 per cent of children in schools rated good or better.
Seven boroughs have 100 per cent of pupils in secondary schools rated good or better.
