A SHOPKEEPER has applied to sell alcohol seven days a week.
Mr M Galias of 777 Shop in High Road, Leyton, wants a licence to sell booze Monday to Thursday from 10am until 11pm and Friday until Sunday 9am till 11pm.
But a neighbour, made anonymous by Waltham Forest Council's new policy of redacting names on representations to licensing applications, complained and said it would lead to an increase in crime and anti-social behaviour.
However, Mr Galias said he would install CCTV and employ a door supervisor to reduce that risk.
The application is to be heard by the authority's licensing sub-committee at the town hall at 10am on Monday.
