HUNDREDS of children from across the borough have been invited to take part in a youth hostel's first Christmas spectacular.
Forest YMCA in Forest Road, Walthamstow, are holding the event on December 10 from 4pm which will see the 120ft building lit up with a laser show using hundreds of lights.
Children from the youth hostel's 16 out-of-school clubs are busy making props in the lead up to the show which they will present in their version of the Christmas story.
Christmas will also be celebrated with a party, food and carols.
