A PROLIFIC drug dealer caught by police with £8,000 in cash along with a stash of cocaine and heroin has been jailed for four years.
Jordan Edwards, 30, was a key supplier to gangs across east London, including on the Beaumont Estate in Leyton and in Hackney.
Police seized the money and drugs haul during a raid on his home in Beechwood Drive, which is in the Waltham Forest part of Woodford Green.
Waltham Forest Police Detective Inspector Peter Doherty said: "This example illustrates how the Met is totally committed to tackling gangs and the unwanted misery that they bring to our communities through violence, organised criminality and anti social behaviour.

Edwards was sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday (November 27) for possession of class B drugs (cannabis), two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (cocaine and heroin), and possession of criminal property (£8,000 cash).
