Britain has the second highest percentage of teenage pregnancy , this has become a rising issue as some say "its kids having kids " .

Is there a minimal age to have a child ? , some argue to say that its not the age that's the issue , but the standards of living also the mentality , are you mentally able to look after a child and provide for there every demanding needs ?

A handful of teen mothers say that there's not a right to have a baby as they believe that age shouldn't matter as your level of maturity is key.

Local borough's in london have been doing all they possibly can to possibly prevent teen pregnancy providing sex education classes for youths also rationing free condoms to those who may be sexually active. Apps , adverts , groups are being provided to try and minimize the percentage of teenage pregnancy.

Some say that teen pregnancy has a domino effect where young parents have to drop out of school or college this causes a decrease in qualifications gained this then could lead to a low payed job which are currently difficult to get also to juggle the responsibilities of caring for the child.

However some believe teenage pregnancy gives young people the chance to get a taster of life and become responsible as they have to be able to manage their social life also finances and work.
