Traffic moving slowly due to snow and ice
TRAFFIC is moving slowly between Chingford and Epping due to snowfall over night.
Vehicles are moving at around 5 to 10mph on Epping New Road in both directions due to drivers taking extra care on the road.
It is thought queuing traffic on the M25 and M11 could be causing traffic to back up.
