TV personality Tony Robinson left children 'spellbound' when he paid a visit to primary school.
The star of Time Team and Blackadder visited Redbridge Primary School, in College Gardens, on Monday and introduced children to his book series Weird World of Wonders.
The book series looks at weird things that have happened throughout history across the World.
He also took the pupils on a journey through time from his childhood until he became a successful writer.
English co-ordinator Arati Singh said: "He emphasised the importance of exploring historical facts through fiction.
"The audience were spellbound with an interesting and interactive session where they were made to march through time."
