Girls perform for City of London officials at Painters' Hall in The City
PUPILS impressed top officials and guests with their singing during a London banquet.
Girls from West Hatch High School in Chigwell and Davenant Foundation School in Loughton sang at the City of London Ladies’ Banquet at Painters' Hall in the City.
They performed as part of the all-female singing group Modality, in front of officials from the corporation, MP Eleanor Laing and other guests.
One member, West Hatch pupil Hannah Brandon, said: "While I was at Painters' Hall, I took a moment to look around me and I couldn't believe what a beautiful place I had been lucky enough to perform in."
