In an attempt to show adults that it is never too late to learn, organisations which offer educational and voluntary opportunities are gathering together to reveal exactly what is out there.
The Adult Learners Fair will be held in Epping Library, as part of Adult Learners Week, on May 20.
Representatives from Neighbourhood Learning, Epping Forest College, Adult Community Learning Essex and U3A (the University of the 3rd Age) will be demonstrating what they have on offer.
For those who want to try something new, which is not necessarily educational, local clubs and societies will be on hand to talk to people about what they do.
The fair is being organised by Epping Forest Learning Partnership to inform people about the many and varied opportunities available locally.
Organisers hope that adults will take the opportunity to see how they can make more of the diverse and fascinating local history and heritage in Epping Forest.
Details of college courses beginning in September will also be available.
