TV presenter Bill Oddie will be in Snaresbrook this Saturday as a guest speaker at the British Naturalists’ Association’s annual conference.
The presenter of BBC’s Spring and Autumnwatch shows and former member of The Goodies will deliver a talk entitled ‘Wildlife and the Urban Landscape’ at the conference at Forest School in College Place.
Other speakers include former Gardeners’ World presenter Professor Chris Baines and Professor James Hitchmough, who was part of the design team responsible for planting at London’s Olympic Park.
Registration for the conference commences at 9am with proceedings concluding at 5.30pm.
