Police are looking for a man in connection with an assault on a woman.
British Transport Police have released a picture of someone they wish to speak with as they appeal for anyone who knows the man to come forward.
It comes after a 34-year-old woman from Waltham Forest was elbowed in the back of the head in an unprovoked attack at Queensway Underground Station on April 9.
The woman was walking towards the lifts when she suddenly felt a blow to the back of her head.
CCTV footage showed a man walk past her and elbow the back of her head.
Officers have just made the appeal after exhausting other lines of enquiry.
Detective Inspector John Justice said: “This was a completely unprovoked assault that left the victim shaken and upset.
“If you recognise this man, or have any information that could help our investigation, please contact us.”
Anyone with information should contact British Transport Police on Freefone 0800 40 50 40 quoting B9 of 08/05/13. Alternatively call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
The Guardian is awaiting details of what part of the borough the woman comes from.
