Bob Fox, who recently played the role of 'Songman' in the West End production of War Horse, will be performing some of the tunes from the show in Walthamstow on Sunday (May 19).
He'll also be playing some of his own material and pieces from his vast repertoire of traditional songs.
The concert is at Ye Olde Rose and Crown pub in Hoe Street and is organised by Walthamstow Folk Club.

The Dave Jackson Blues Band headlines the 17Blues Club in Walthamstow on Friday (May 17).

The Redbridge Music Lounge and the Green Fair Music Club hosts a free show in the Walled Garden of Valentines Mansion in Ilford this Sunday (May 19).
It takes place from 11am until 3pm.
Those playing include folk and traditional act Sally Vinson and Rachel Eyres, singer-songwriter Annie Maguire, and sitar and tabla drum duo Rimpy and Kuldeep.
“Old boy” acapella four-party harmony group Mistaken Identity take to the stage at Loughton Folk Club on Thursday (May 16).
They perform tunes ranging from pop and easy rock to traditional folk music.
Entrance is £3 and it starts at 8pm.
The show is at the Loughton Club in Station Road.
Waltham Abbey Folk Club has a singaround jam night on Monday (May 20) at the Royal British Legion building in Brooker Road.
Doors at 8.30pm and it costs £2.
Tenor sax player Tim Whitehead and band play the East Side Jazz Club in Leytonstone on Tuesday (May 21).
It's from 8.30pm in the Crown pub, which is located in the High Road.
Admission is £5.
The Coal Porters headline a What's Cookin' night at the Crown in Leytonstone next Wednesday (May 22).
Support comes from bluegrass act Rhys Lloyd Morgan.
Doors open at 8pm and it's free, although donations welcome.
