Police are appealing for information after jewellery was burgled from a family home.
It happened in Heybridge Drive, Ilford, while the family was out between 2pm on Thursday March 28 and 4pm on Sunday March 31.
The thief or thieves broke in through a back ground floor door.
Among the items stolen were two necklaces with ‘Linda’ nameplates, a gold necklace with emerald stones, gold earrings with emerald stones, a gold pendant with rubies, and a gold ring with rectangular cut emerald stone.
Other items included two gold Star of David pendants, a silver Mezuzah case locket and chain, and gold pendants.
A Met spokesman said: "Anyone who witnessed this burglary or anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of this property is asked to contact PC Suresh Sunder at Ilford Burglary Squad on 0208 345 2680 or to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
