A care service for vulnerable adults and children with disabilities has opened a new centre to help with its work in the borough.

HOPE Superjobs Ltd, which provides respite services, mentoring and other general support, has worked across east London including Redbridge and Waltham Forest, since being founded in 2003.

Tuesday saw the opening of a new base for the group in Balfour Road, Ilford, which will help provide an environment for children not living with their parents or relatives to meet and spend time with each other under supervision.

The site was officially opened by Deputy Mayor of Redbridge Cllr Tania Solomon.
