A dental practice celebrated its tenth anniversary by raising cash for a children’s hospice, which is also marking a decade since it opened.
Staff from the Bluebell Dental Practice in Tomswood Hill, Barkingside, handed over £500 to Mike Palfreman of Haven House in the bluebell filled grounds of the Woodford Green hospice.
Dr Suki Shakthi said: “We are delighted to support the excellent work carried out by Haven House in this way – and would like to thank our patients for their wonderful generosity.”
Mike Palfreman added: “A big thank you to Bluebell for this donation - a great way to celebrate our ten years in the local community.
“We rely heavily on the support of local businesses to fund our vital work with local life-limited children and families and this is a great example of that support."
