Families are being urged to take part in a night time walk for a charity.
The Midnight Walk, in aid of St Clare Hospice in Hastingwood, will take place on July 6 at the Water Gardens in Harlow.
Walkers can complete a 10k course or a 5k route and registration costs £15 per person.
