Plans for new houses are among the subjects due to be discussed at a meeting on Monday.
One application up for discussion by Loughton Town Council is for two three-bedroom semi-detached houses in Malvern Gardens, Loughton.
Another is for a two-bedroom detached house in Stonards Hill, also in Loughton.
The meeting at the council chamber in Rectory Lane is due to begin at 7.45pm.
