A bank has applied for permission to build a disabled access ramp.
Currently the HSBC in the Broadway, Woodford Green, is accessed by two steps.
The bank wants to construct a ramp with handrails and a balustrade to make access easier for wheelchair users and those with pushchairs.
The branch is also seeking permission from Redbridge council to replace an old ATM with a newer model.
