A bid has been launched to open a new nightclub in the basement of a building.
SSC Project Management Ltd, a Woodford Green-based property firm, has applied to convert the site at 1 Goodmayes Road in Goodmayes.
The applicant is seeking change of use permission to convert the room from a storage basement to a nightspot.
Redbridge Council is expected to consider the application later this year.
