Staff from colleges and further education sites will be on hand to offer advice and information at an event to mark Adult Learners Week.
Representatives from places such as Redbridge College, the University of East London and the Exchange Group, will have stalls outside Redbridge Town Hall in Ilford between 11am and 3pm on Thursday.
There will also be a CV and careers advice clinic and 'taster sessions' for those interested in trying new courses.
It is free and all ages welcome.
