A bid to build a new block of flats has been granted planning permission.
The application was for a building up to three storeys high with eight one bed flats and two commercial units at the corner of Acacia Road and Sansom Road in Leytonstone.
Officers from Waltham Forest Council approved the plans under delegated powers yesterday.
