A sports centre has made it to the finals of a national industry award for the first time.
Epping Sports Centre has been named one of the 15 top leisure centres in the country by leisure industry body UK Active.
Kim Bames, a manager for the centre, said: “It is a fantastic achievement for the centre to have got through to the finals and demonstrates that we consistently provide a very high quality of service to our customers.”
The winner of the award is due to be announced in July.
