A school cake sale raised more than £300 for charity.
The annual event was held at Avon House Prep School in Woodford Green last Thursday.
A special cake was made by Maya Gupta (Foundation 1 class) which was given as a prize for the ‘guess the weight of the cake’ competition.
The winner was Hanna Kalo (Year 5) with her guess of 3.5 kg. The actual weight of the cake was just over 3.1 kg.
All proceeds from the sale went to the NSPCC.
