Two women have been injured after a crash involving several cars at a busy roundabout.
The accident happened at around 5.30pm this afternoon at the Redbridge Roundabout.
Ambulance crews were on the scene within six minutes.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: "We treated two women.
"One was suffering from minor injuries and shock.
"The other, believed to be in her fifties, had neck pain.
"She was fully immobilised using a spinal board and neck collar."
Both patients have been taken to Queen's Hospital in Romford.
Redbridge Lane East is currently closed both ways.
There are some lane closures on the roundabout and queues are building on the A12 eastbound.
